The Automatic IRA Act of 2010 was introduced by New Mexico Democrat, Senator Jeff Bingaman.
The new act demands all firms composed of 10 or more employees that currently don?t offer retirement account to enroll their workers in an IRA automatically to help the employees build their retirement income funds.
